Our Story
RETKNO Consulting was built from the ground up by Mike, who grew up immersed in the rhythms of LA’s construction world. He understands the unique demands of Southern California properties — from coastal humidity and hillside foundations to the ever-evolving Title 24 energy code. After years of working in the field and earning multiple certifications, Mike launched RETKNO to offer something rare: a service that’s both technically rigorous and personally grounded.
